Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions set forth the rights and obligations between you and Vegan In Grids in connection with your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Vegan In Grids reserves the right of final decision.

Please order and pay 3 days in advance.[e.g. products, to be delivered on 4th March, must be ordered and paid for by 1st March 23:59.]

Rush orders that fall within the 3-day time frame may be accepted with additional charge, but are subject to the availability of the concerned date. Payment must be made within 3 hours of rush order placement.

Once the order is confirmed, Vegan In Grids does not accept cancellations or refunds. If you wish to postpone the delivery date, you must notify us 2 days prior to the original delivery date

(For example: Any change in delivery of products to be delivered on 4th March, must be notified by 2nd March 23:59.]

The new delivery is subject to the availability of the date in question.

One free postponement is allowed for each order. A service fee of $30 will be charged for the 2nd and each subsequent reschedule.We regret that we cannot accept a rescheduled delivery to an earlier date.

The order will be confirmed only after payment has been made. In case of incomplete or late payment, the order will be cancelled without further notice.Payment for rush orders, which is within the 3-day time frame must be made within 3 hours of placing the order.Vegan In Grids will not be held liable for any losses caused by malfunction of the transaction service providers.

On shaded dates, we offer pickup, meet-up delivery, and Call4Van / Lalamove delivery from 14:00 - 19:00.

On non-shaded dates, only pickup is available at Kwun Tong Studio, time to be discussed.

Please indicate your preferred time when placing your order. We will arrange the best time for you according to your preference.

We will take over the products in case of lateness (after studio opening hours or 10-minute late for delivery) or no-show.

Pickup at Kwun Tong Studio: a discount of $30 is offered

Meet-up delivery: free of charge along the MTR Kwun Tong Line, from Kowloon Tong to Tiu Keng Leng.

Call4Van / Lalamove delivery: cash payment to the delivery person at the destination

For Call4Van / Lalamove delivery, the delivery cost varies. As a guide, it is estimated to be $80-120/$140-$200/$100-220 for KLN /HK/ NT respectively. We will notify you once the order is picked up by the delivery person. Arrival time depends on traffic conditions. Please note that we will give your contact number to the delivery person to ensure speedy delivery.

 As we cannot guarantee the condition of the products, we regret that we cannot accept orders to be delivered to remote areas, including but not limited to: distant villages, Sha Tau Kok, Chek Lap Kok, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and outlying islands. We hope to expand our service scope in the near future.

 If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8/9/10 or the Black Rainstorm Signal is in effect, or if other severe weather conditions prevail, all deliveries will be cancelled. Pickup at Kwun Tong Studio may be available. We will contact you to make new arrangements for your order.

 Vegan In Grids offers products with tree nuts, soy and gluten. Although we take steps to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that all of our products are safe to consume for people with tree nut, soy or gluten allergies.

You are required to read the ingredient list of the products. Vegan In Grids assumes no liability for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of the products.
